2024 年 6 月 20 日，日本東京訊 ― 全球半導體解決方案供應商瑞薩電子（以下“瑞薩”，TSE：6723）今日宣布，已于2024年6月20日完成對氮化鎵（GaN）功率半導體全球供應商Transphorm, Inc.（以下“Transphorm”，Nasdaq：TGAN）的收購。隨著收購的完成，瑞薩電子將立即開始提供基于GaN的功率產(chǎn)品和相關(guān)參考設計，以滿足對寬禁帶（WBG）半導體產(chǎn)品日益增長的需求。
