為什么昂寶的IC(OB226X)沒有公開的Datasheet?
是不是有侵犯人家專利的嫌疑,因為按美國法律,只要資料不公開,即使侵犯專利也沒有關系,聽說它的產品和安森美有些瓜葛,請昂寶的人出來解釋一下!!

估計SG也是被PI打怕了,所以也不公開了,那個美國法律也是聽別人說的,也搞不清楚是不是這樣.其實聽過昂寶的研討會,居然有一半的時間是說它們有各種專利.既然有專利,產品又批量生產了,為什么又不公開呢,不得不讓人懷疑是心里有鬼.
You can ask OB disty and sales if you need. All OB products do have OB own Patents and some are already issued by US patent office. You will find out that all OB produts donot infringe any other patents after you study it.
The reason of not opening the datasheet to public is that there are many IC companies in China that copy everything from IC to datasheet. If you search you can find out that, for example, all SG's IC and datasheets are copied by a company in Chengdu. This is why OB does want to release the datasheet to public. OB wants to protect itself, and does not want to spend time to fight with those guys.

你說的也有一定道理,但是還是可以通過其他途徑得到datasheet.想仿制也是一樣容易,因為既然申請了IP,資料也就公開了.另外不管是NCPXXX,SGXXX,OBXXX,FSDXXX等等,說白了就是CMOS型3842,主要就是功耗下來了,再加一點額外功能把外圍電路集成一下.

我想IC廠想拿到一份DATASHEET還不至于那么難吧?否則也不用做芯片了.
