我來解釋為什么說你完全錯.你說VOC在FCC認(rèn)可實驗室,按英文來說accreditied lab是認(rèn)可實驗室,list lab只是列名實驗室.VOC是在列名實驗室而不是認(rèn)可實驗室.同理COC測試在列名實驗室而不是認(rèn)可實驗室.對于DOC,你看FCC網(wǎng)站上的話:

NOTICE: This search permits the user to find a test laboratory which is authorized by the FCC to perform compliance testing for the public. 2.948 Listed test labs may perform the testing required for Certification under Parts 15 and 18. FCC提到accreditied實驗室而不是NVLAP,A2LA實驗室.所有accreditied實驗室可以在該網(wǎng)頁查到.NVLAP,A2LA實驗室認(rèn)可就相當(dāng)于中國的CNAL,CNAS等等,只是對試驗場地的認(rèn)可,并不代表FCC官方.舉個例子,在中國,是所有經(jīng)過CNAL認(rèn)可的實驗室都可以測試CCC嗎?
在中國大陸有8家EMC的NVLAP實驗室,但是由于沒有MRA,這些實驗室無法被FCC認(rèn)可為accreditied實驗室,所以無法完成DOC測試.你看看中國這邊拿的DOC證書哪個測試不是寫美國的地址?

我們提到的NVLAP實驗室當(dāng)然就是指通過NVLAP認(rèn)可的實驗室,NVLAP全稱是national voluntary laboratary accreditied program.同理A2LA也是指的經(jīng)過A2LA認(rèn)可的實驗室.當(dāng)然不是說NVLAP和A2LA官方,他們只是民間機(jī)構(gòu).
對于這些經(jīng)過NVLAP,A2LA認(rèn)可的實驗室,他們并不具備測試DOC的能力,除非他們被FCC官方認(rèn)可為accreditied實驗室.比如中國大陸有8家EMC的NVLAP實驗室,你自己去www.fcc.gov/labhelp問FCC官方去問這8家實驗室可不可以發(fā)DOC?不要去問那8家實驗室,他們當(dāng)然說可以發(fā).
FCC說70%從中國簽發(fā)的FCC證書都是違規(guī)的,只不過FCC沒有追究罷了.不過聽說以后FCC要加強管理了.
記住,只要中美沒有MRA,中國大陸就不可能有能發(fā)DOC的實驗室,不管他是美國來的實驗室還是歐洲來的,除非他拿到國外去測.

對就是對,錯就是錯,無可厚非,我為什么要刪呢,即使是錯也可以當(dāng)反面教材,反正明知道是錯大家還去做,有比NVLAP或A2LA認(rèn)可的實驗室總比沒有的好,做錯了又怎么樣了,反正又沒人出來制裁,從中國70%出去的FCC證書是違規(guī)的,又怎么了,照樣出了N年照樣沒事,總的說來只能是FCC沒有加強管理,中美沒有MRA,看來美國也不怎么的,這樣更有利于中國的企業(yè)出口,要不全拿到美國去測可想而知要增加中國企業(yè)多少成本.

2、在Grantee Code處輸入:xxx (XXX此三位代表Grantee Code)

3、在Product Code處輸入: ### ( ###代表Product Code)
4、按Start search

呵呵,我也是從犯錯誤到改正錯誤一步一步在學(xué)習(xí).這兩天有幸見到了幾位TCB的高人,他們都是飛美國去參加TCB會議那種,討論了美國很多TCB的情況,還有FCC的態(tài)度.真是世外有高人,我只是菜鳥而已.不過有一點是可以確定的了,中國沒有有資質(zhì)可以發(fā)FCC DOC的實驗室.

DoC前提是該國家與US有MRA,大陸與US目前沒有MRA.所以在大陸生產(chǎn)的手機(jī)不可能在國內(nèi)實驗室做DoC. FCC 認(rèn)可的實驗室2.948只能測試FCC part 15b, 15c一部分．

FCC list實驗室可以測試Part15,Part18.手機(jī)都是做ID,不做DOC.

實驗室可以出FCC DOC的條件:

1.該實驗室是被FCC,A2LA,NVLAP,NIST等認(rèn)可的accredited實驗室
2.被以上機(jī)構(gòu)accredited后還需要FCC官方recognize該實驗室
3.如該實驗室不在美國本土則該國家需要與美國有官方MRA,其他多邊協(xié)議無效(如果其它協(xié)議有效那美國可不可以做CCC?)

上一查就知道了,凡是不在列表下面的不管找什么借口也是不可以做.
