早上好!
小弟現(xiàn)遇到一款三串鎳氫電池包,其PCB用到一顆IC,
封裝為MOP-8 ,芯片殼體上的代號(hào)為6300VF ,應(yīng)屬于
Microchip公司的產(chǎn)品,但不知此芯片的具體型號(hào)．
咨詢相關(guān)代理回復(fù)不詳．
所以在此特請(qǐng)教各位大哥．
