這圖我做過,控制第九腳的那個電位器根本就沒用,只有快到0電阻的時候被關(guān)閉了.沒有起到預(yù)想的效果.

我也用過CD4047的來推IRF540的,想必跟你的做出來也差不多吧.零件比這個還少,還簡單

9腳是1.2腳比較器的輸出腳，當(dāng)然沒有用，穩(wěn)2腳取輸出整流控制1腳，9腳只做校正用。

這個電路只能驅(qū)動三極管 缺點(diǎn)是無法直接驅(qū)動場效應(yīng)
