這個(gè)比較簡(jiǎn)單,
  保證tl431的c腳電壓在穩(wěn)態(tài)恒定就可以了,即和R23分壓.

  根據(jù)TL431的c腳穩(wěn)態(tài)電位決定,和R23分壓得到R21,R22.當(dāng)然還和他的檢測(cè)電流的大小有關(guān),看一下TL431的介紹就知道了.
