I did
I design a power with DC input and AC input, primary have two winding, one is for ac input(high dc voltage) one is for dc input(low dc input 9v ~16V), the dot is same, but the power switch of mos is selected by electronic circuit to sense the input is ac or ac,and this model is enter into mass production. so did you have any problem for this matter

Yes, one is for the bulk cap voltage as you know (ac input then rectify to DC voltage or come out by active power factor convertor), another is provided by DC input (9 ~16) as car or airplane.
