想用此雙推挽做逆變電路.請問其中大功率管子的選用?
如圖.里面V3V5 V4V6應該選用什么管子啊,如何去計算選擇.功率大概在500W就可以了..

20年前玩過類似電路,一時找不到散熱片,把管子泡水里,一對金屬殼封裝的三極管.
