TOP221-7好像都是700V的

資料中有段時(shí)這么寫的:
Cycle-By-Cycle Current Limit
The cycle by cycle peak drain current limit circuit uses the
output MOSFET ON-resistance as a sense resistor. A current
limit comparator compares the output MOSFET ON-state drainsource
voltage, VDS(ON) with a threshold voltage. High drain
current causes VDS(ON) to exceed the threshold voltage and turns
the output MOSFET off until the start of the next clock cycle.
The current limit comparator threshold voltage is temperature
compensated to minimize variation of the effective peak current
limit due to temperature related changes in output MOSFET
RDS(ON).

我說(shuō)的VLIMIT就是VDS(ON)的一個(gè)比較門限,導(dǎo)通時(shí)VDS(ON)應(yīng)該不會(huì)太大,所以這個(gè)值也應(yīng)該不會(huì)太大才對(duì),不過資料中沒有標(biāo)明這個(gè)值啊

你要知道這個(gè)干什么,通態(tài)漏源電壓一般取10V

屬于IC內(nèi)部參數(shù)

我測(cè)出的波形中導(dǎo)通時(shí)電壓很高,可是看上去沒有受到這個(gè)VLIMIT的限制,這個(gè)就不好解釋了啊,對(duì)此正在郁悶中,不知道為什么MOS管導(dǎo)通時(shí)VDS這么大?

請(qǐng)幫忙看看這個(gè)波形是不是正常?或者問題出在哪里呢?謝謝!!

你那圖 變壓器絕對(duì)有問題 否則TOP不會(huì)出現(xiàn)那樣的波形 TOP導(dǎo)通時(shí)DS電壓最多10V 與流過電流有關(guān)

后來(lái)我同學(xué)幫分析了下,也認(rèn)為變壓器有問題的可能性最大,畢竟變壓器不是我自己設(shè)計(jì)的,找人設(shè)計(jì)并打樣的,太貴了,而且參數(shù)也不知道,所以決定不再調(diào)那個(gè)變壓器了,想自己設(shè)計(jì)各變壓器,正在學(xué)習(xí)中呢.謝謝回復(fù)!!
