出現(xiàn)100Hz紋波該如何解決?緊急求救!!!!!
本人接觸開(kāi)關(guān)電源不久.最近在設(shè)計(jì)一RCC綫路(.想提高效率,降低短路功率,改良EMI,這個(gè)願(yuàn)望都實(shí)現(xiàn)了.但是90V輸入時(shí)出現(xiàn)了100Hz紋波.特向各位高手求教

你的高壓電容的紋波是多少?你的反饋直流增益可以再大些試試和加電壓前饋.
264V時(shí)紋波為26.8mV.只是90V時(shí)出現(xiàn)100Hz紋波(106mV),怎樣來(lái)加大反饋增益和電壓前饋,可以說(shuō)具體點(diǎn)嗎?我新手,接觸RCC才三個(gè)月.

我的意思是在低壓,初級(jí)的高壓濾波電容由于容量太小,造成輸入電壓波動(dòng)太大.對(duì)于調(diào)整反饋的增益是可以在次級(jí).也就是在431那里.對(duì)于前饋,從高壓電容到Q2的基極.

我的意思是在低壓,初級(jí)的高壓濾波電容由于容量太小,造成輸入電壓波動(dòng)太大.對(duì)于調(diào)整反饋的增益是可以在次級(jí).也就是在431那里.對(duì)于前饋,從高壓電容到Q2的基極.
將高壓端電容加大確有良好改善,但是MOSFET的VDS電壓波形如下所示,突波比較高,達(dá)100V之高,請(qǐng)高手給與指點(diǎn)指點(diǎn),萬(wàn)分感謝.
