大家好,大功率的開(kāi)關(guān)電源散熱方式采用水冷的,是否有人設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)?我有個(gè)疑問(wèn):
電源在空載工作時(shí),熱量比較少,如何解決空載工作時(shí)的冷凝水的問(wèn)題!!
因?yàn)榭蛰d時(shí),損耗比較小,散熱器溫度不太高,如果空氣的溫度高于散熱器的溫度,冷凝水是不可避免的.有這方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)的高手指點(diǎn)指點(diǎn).
大功率開(kāi)關(guān)電源(20KW以上)散熱方式選用水冷?

2萬(wàn)W的功率也不是很大的,就一般的風(fēng)冷是可以解決的,我以前做過(guò)5萬(wàn)W的還是用的風(fēng)冷,都還可以,不過(guò)水冷也是做過(guò),后面的產(chǎn)品也都是水冷,至于凝水問(wèn)題是很正常,可以加小風(fēng)機(jī)吹.應(yīng)該不是很大的問(wèn)題吧,不過(guò)這些散熱只能針對(duì)大電流的才行!

我想請(qǐng)教您水冷方面的知識(shí).我們正在做25KW的水冷結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)關(guān)電源,發(fā)現(xiàn)水冷結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)很復(fù)雜,根本沒(méi)達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果.散熱結(jié)構(gòu)采用兩塊鋁板中間開(kāi)槽,正好使水冷銅管從鋁板的槽內(nèi)穿過(guò).鋁板厚度大約是25毫米,銅管內(nèi)徑為10毫米外徑是12毫米,水流量是10升/分鐘.對(duì)于這種結(jié)構(gòu),大哥有什么高見(jiàn)?

關(guān)于設(shè)計(jì)水冷散熱結(jié)構(gòu)的注意事項(xiàng):
Usage of Water Cooled Heat Sinks
For the usage of water cooled heat sinks we recommend to take care of the following points:
1 Always ensure to use the correct concentration of cooling liquid (for details see data sheets). In
case that the concentration of corrosion-inhibitors is too low, corrosion as consequential damage
may occur.
2 For high temperature differences between ambient air temperature and water cooler please
consider that there no condensate liquid damages the system.
3Please ensure that the cooling liquid is suitable for all metal parts in the cooling circuit (e.g. steel,
aluminum, other non-ferrous metals)
4 It should be used water, which has been de-ionized (e.g. chlorine ions can accelerate the
corrosion)
5 The water hardness shall be kept to a minimum, to avoid scale. Please note that scale increase
the thermal resistance.
6 The O2 content has to be kept to a minimum by a closed cooling circuit to avoid corrosion.
