用POWER PCB打開(kāi),原理圖和IR公司的參考設(shè)計(jì)差不多.

轉(zhuǎn)換成了PROTEL2004的格式.

原理是一樣的,只是在調(diào)試的時(shí)候注意頻率的設(shè)定,不要設(shè)在遙控頻段,大批量使用有可能出現(xiàn)干擾的情況.

怎么下載后用PROTEL打不開(kāi)呀

羅工:這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)用的是什么型號(hào)的MOS管,我看PCB上沒(méi)有加散熱片的位置啊

下載12樓的文件,用PROTEL2004 SP2打開(kāi)

全部用IRF840管,只是PFC的MOS用散熱片,其余的不用.

的確有影響,主要是因?yàn)樽呔€太困難了
如果改雙面板或用SMD可能會(huì)更好.

轉(zhuǎn)成的protel99文件有些問(wèn)題

不過(guò)確實(shí)花了很多精力
但是你這個(gè)線路 EMC不一定能過(guò)哦

2166現(xiàn)在能不能作到8塊啊

應(yīng)該可以的﹐因?yàn)槲乙膊歼^(guò)2166的線路﹐也是長(zhǎng)條形板﹐跟你的差不多.也是單面板.但我只做了拖一的﹐70W.
