想請大家?guī)臀乙粋€(gè)忙,我現(xiàn)在想做一款筆記本充電器 90W
我想這個(gè)充電器的溫升可能是關(guān)鍵,以前沒有做過,不知道大家是否可以給我提供一個(gè)參考圖,變壓器的磁芯應(yīng)選什么樣的最好?PFC的電感怎么去計(jì)算?

電源導(dǎo)熱專家:90adapter主變壓器用PQ32-20,PFC用RM10,6561,3843反激式,做得好效率可以做到87%,不過磁芯要用好(TDK...)材料,且主變壓器要用高效導(dǎo)熱材料,否則安規(guī)溫升過不了,對不起,沒辦法給你現(xiàn)成線路圖,只能提示一二,希望能幫上一點(diǎn)忙.另外兄弟如果需要高效導(dǎo)熱材料樣品,偶可以送些試試,謝謝!東莞長安左明13138803718
