Martek Power brings its high‐capacity power supply and power conversion product line to mainland China in a representative agreement with electronics distributor Fangyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. This “natural alliance” aims to meet the Chinese market’s demand for ruggedized power
supplies and power conversion products.

Torrance, Calif., Sept. 2009 – Martek Power, a leading manufacturer of power supplies and power conversion solutions worldwide, announced a new representative agreement with Fangyuan Electronics Co., Ltd., of mainland China. Fangyuan Electronics is now responsible for selling Martek
Power's railway, automotive, aerospace, and defense‐grade power supplies, as well as power consulting services, into the Chinese territories.
