認(rèn)識(shí)的可控硅也只有BT151,1225什么的都沒(méi)有,能加不?

問(wèn)題又來(lái)了,我的BT151 電壓只 能在539V以下,高了就直通了,像是擊穿了.那個(gè)電壓可以調(diào)不?
