各位做燈具的安規(guī)工程師,請(qǐng)教一個(gè)接線問(wèn)題
在UL935中有規(guī)定的鎮(zhèn)流器的引線長(zhǎng)度不得小于6英寸(152mm),現(xiàn)在將鎮(zhèn)流器裝在支架中,客戶要在支架外接線,請(qǐng)問(wèn)在UL1598中有沒(méi)有對(duì)支架出線孔起到外面的引線長(zhǎng)度有規(guī)定,是否也是不得小于6英寸?

我查過(guò)UL1598,上面沒(méi)有見(jiàn)到相關(guān)的規(guī)定．
我資詢了UL測(cè)試工程師,然后自己也查看了一下1598,2004/12/30發(fā)布的那一版,確實(shí)是有這一規(guī)定:
6.15 Supply connections
6.15.1 Power supply connections
6.15.1.6 A luminaire intended to be mounted on or over an outlet box shall be provided with supply conductors long enough to extend 150mm(6in) into the outlet box.

請(qǐng)看清楚"intendedtobemountedonoroveranoutletbox",如果你不是安裝在OUTLETBOX上,則不需要啦.不過(guò)在美國(guó)都是裝在OUTLETBOX上的.出線6"是為了接線方便和安全,也就是電工在接完線后要把燈裝上OUTLETBOX上,如果線太短,一是不能檢查接線情況,再者可能會(huì)因不小心出現(xiàn)線斷掉等其他問(wèn)題,而產(chǎn)生危險(xiǎn)!
當(dāng)然是這樣.
如果是在支架內(nèi)接線的話,那么只要鎮(zhèn)流器的引線長(zhǎng)度符號(hào)152mm的要求就夠了.
