當(dāng)你申請(qǐng)了UL的認(rèn)可標(biāo)志后,通常證書中會(huì)顯示三項(xiàng),制造商,申請(qǐng)者,認(rèn)可公司名(通常UL那邊稱列名人),在UL PROCEDURE里關(guān)于MARK那頁(yè)有提到LABEL上一定要印制認(rèn)可公司名.
一般UL會(huì)將申請(qǐng)人默認(rèn)為認(rèn)可公司,代表UL已經(jīng)承認(rèn)這家公司有權(quán)使用UL MARK.

這個(gè) "Recognized Company" 應(yīng)該是在 UL Listee (列名者) 引述的文字, 而非 UL 常用專有名詞.



常見 UL 三種(法)人. 如下


1. Listee (列名者 : IBM)
  
The company or individual whose name is used on, or in conjunction with, a product and appears under a product category in one of UL's Product Directories and in a searchable, online database at UL's Intranet and Internet websites. The terms "Classified company" or "Recognized company" are equivalent to Listee and used in relation to the other types of UL services.


2. Applicant (申請(qǐng)者 : HONG-HAI)
  
The company or individual who applies to UL for the certification of a component, product or system. This party contractually assumes the financial responsibility for the cost of the product investigation and Follow-Up Service, and thereby exercises the rights to information obtained as a result of the investigation.

3. Manufacturer (製造者 : FOXCONN).
  
A company or individual that maintains and operates the factory facilities where a Listed (or other) product is manufactured or assembled, and where conformity assessment audits are conducted as a part of UL's Follow-Up Service.
