在此求教各位DX一個(gè)白癡問題?
PCB線路生產(chǎn)中銅箔厚度1盎司等于幾毫米?

好象是這樣定義的:610g的純銅鋪到1平方米時(shí)的厚度.

OZ是重量單位,1OZ=28.35克,在一平方英尺上鋪開1OZ的銅其厚度為0.035mm,因此PCB中用OZ來表示銅箔的厚度,2OZ代表的是0.070mm的銅厚.

銅箔厚度是這樣分的,3OZ的厚度為70um 2OZ的厚度為其一半35um 1OZ的厚度為18um
HOZ的厚度為12um
