150W準正弦波逆變電源末級輸出MOSFET用什么型號經濟實惠.
現(xiàn)在用的IR的IRF740,覺得太貴了,也沒必要,各位有沒有好的管子推薦.

用IRF730行不行,會不會功率不夠啊.輸出功率是150W哦.IRF730/830只有74W功率.
